Targeting people is the method of choice for groups looking to put the 'terror' into terrorism. Protecting People is therefore orientated towards identifying and mitigating the most relevant threats to individuals in public spaces, sports venues, festivals and other crowded places. We welcome papers on the following topics:

  • Hostile Vehicle Mitigation.

Ambition - The EPRR Conference

With a particular focus on mitigating terrorist attacks and dealing with subsequent mass casualty incidents, The AMBITION Conference will seek to cover the broad spectrum of response from the strategic to the tactical level. We invite experts from the emergency preparedness, resilience and response (EPRR) community to submit papers on the following subjects:

  • National EPRR strategies
  • Case studies from past-terrorist attacks
  • Specialist response and neutralising the threat

World Counter Terror Congress

As the shows premier conference, the World Counter Terror Congress will hear national updates from senior government, law enforcement and the intelligence services. With the common goal of sharing best practice and reducing the risk of terrorist attack to our nations, the World Counter Terror Congress will place particular focus on countering violent extremism, protective security and intelligence gathering.
